Working in the field of psychological support since 2016, through one-on-one sessions, training programs, and coaching coaches.
My Story
For many years, I have had questions about the human psyche, the reality of its interaction with life, and how it possesses the abilities and skills that allow it to respond appropriately, despite the varying intensity or fluctuations it may face! And how justice is achieved in evaluating the success of these life tests that each of us will experience throughout our lives!
With every bit of awareness I gained through reading, attending courses, and educational programs, which confirmed the human psyche’s capacity—despite its mysterious depth and complexity—to possess the flexibility and resilience to handle life’s circumstances no matter how varied they are, the question remained: How can one practically activate this capability?
Despite the abundance of psychological sciences and support professions, I found the answer in coaching. Coaching provides the tools that are both scientific and practical, enabling a person to help themselves reach their desired goal. This stems from the belief that every person already possesses all the resources they might need.
For this reason…
I am not a relationship coach nor a parenting coach, but I am about the internal system. Meaning, I aim to work with the person to find the missing puzzle piece they need to move out of the problem or figure out how to deal with it (regardless of the nature of the problem) smoothly. This is based on my belief that each of us has what it takes to overcome and handle the events in our lives.
Awareness into Action
Many people enhance their awareness in relationships, parenting, personality types, and so on, which is great. But do they have the full capacity to apply that awareness? Is their internal system ready to apply it automatically?
This becomes very evident in my sessions, where sometimes a quick intervention is needed to solve an immediate crisis. Afterward, we must return to working on the internal system and building self-resilience. In other situations, the person facing the issue cannot work on a solution until we repair a significant part needed to solve the problem externally. Often, I work on both aspects simultaneously, depending on the depth, sensitivity, and intensity of the issue.
This is what led me, despite my core work being in coaching, to also study the diagnosis of psychological disorders, various therapeutic approaches, and to deepen my study of religious sciences—especially those dealing with human cognitive and behavioral makeup. This has reinforced my belief that no matter the severity or symptoms of a situation someone may go through, the difficulty of the solution is not related. It all comes down to accurately targeting the core issue within the system and addressing it directly with the desire and will of the person involved.
Over time, through learning and practical application in my sessions (which are for women only), I’ve grown more steadfast, convinced, and at peace. That’s why I gather all the tools that could help me achieve this goal without harm, which aligns with my personal philosophy in coaching sessions or any course I consider designing, or even in any post I write with the intention of sharing. Hopefully, it might offer benefit or an insightful nudge that resonates in hearts and plants a seed of awareness.
My motto, always, in all circumstances is: “Gain insight, and you will grow with ease.” Wishing everyone benefit and active participation.
